Growing up in a first responder household and having family members who serve or have served, I understand firsthand the pressures that come with this work. First responders regularly face high-stress situations, repeated exposure to trauma, and demands that don’t stay neatly at work.
My approach is direct, confidential, and relational. It’s tailored to the realities of first responder life—not theory, not fluff. Together, we focus on building resilience, managing stress, and developing practical strategies that support your well-being, so you can continue serving your community without losing yourself in the process.
I am a Certified First Responder Counselor, trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and completing my final year toward certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I also support staff and families of the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Department through the First Responder Total Wellness Program Mental Health Co-op Team.
