I am passionate about helping other to become the most congruent, empowered, and embodied version of themselves. My own journey in choosing authenticity started many years ago amidst varying life experiences and challenges. It was at this time I discovered that barriers to aspirations, though often frightening, frustrating and defeating, are often guide posts to where we are meant to be to realize our true potential.
Mental health counseling is a second career for me, as I previously committed sixteen years serving the Gallatin Valley in the field of dentistry. It was during this time that I was introduced to the world of leadership working with leadership and facilitation coaches from across the country, which motivated me to attain both my Bachelors and Masters degrees of Organizational Leadership. Despite these achievements, my inner compass was signaling that my purpose was not yet fully achieved. I made the decision to enter graduate school (yet again) for a second Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I combine my experience in both counseling and coaching modalities to serve clients in finding their authentic selves and attaining sustainable change.
I have lived in Bozeman for 24 years with my husband, our now high-school age twins, and an endless cycle of fur babies. When I am not working with clients I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, gardening, and continuing to learn and develop in both personal and professional capacities.
