I am passionate about helping others live in alignment with their values, strengths, and goals. My own journey toward authenticity began many years ago, shaped by life’s challenges and experiences. I learned that barriers, while often frustrating or intimidating, can serve as signals guiding us toward the growth and potential we’re capable of achieving.
Mental health counseling is my second career. I spent sixteen years serving the Gallatin Valley in the field of dentistry, during which I also worked closely with leadership and facilitation coaches from across the country. This experience inspired me to earn both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
Despite these accomplishments, I realized my purpose was calling me elsewhere. I went on to earn a second Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Today, I integrate my experience in counseling and coaching to help clients connect with their authentic selves and create lasting, meaningful change.
I’ve lived in Bozeman for 24 years with my husband, our high-school-age twins, and a rotating cast of fur babies. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, gardening, spending time with family, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
