Life comes with challenges—but they don’t have to keep you from understanding yourself or living intentionally. Together, we’ll explore your unique challenges and find practical solutions.

My approach is collaborative, direct, and relational. I draw on a range of therapeutic tools, including Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and attachment-based work. Sessions are grounded, practical, and focused on creating a safe space where you can               make lasting, real-world change.
